Publish Poetry

Hi, I’m trying to write a book of poems, I have 43 so far. I’m trying to get to 55 before I publish, so I might get done before next month if I keep at my current pace. I hope age isn’t a factor, because, well… ^^u I’m just a highschool student…

I need to find places on the internet that offer or provide writers with information regarding self publishing for novelists.

I’ve been writing poetry for some time now but have had no choice but to conform to the standards of today; that is, write poems that do not ryhme, but are instead flash fiction chopped up. Nobody wants to publish ryhming poems…

I just noticed these ads that were next to my post. Have they always been there? Are there always poetry publisher`s ads by our post? Wow I must`ve been in outerspace or something because I never noticed them b4! lolol

Does anyone know any good Poetry Publishing Companies? I mean I’ve tried some, but they tried to charge me, an if your a real publishing company your not realy going to charge someone, so do you guys know any good Poetry Publishers?

I have been trying to find a poetry publisher for my book of poems, but most of them keep saying that they are not “accepting unsolicited manuscripts at this time.” Do you know of any publishers, or mags that I could submit my poems to, including chapbook publishers?

Note: I do not want to publish my work with poetry.com, Publish America, Authorhouse, or lulu.com.

i’m looking for someone who might publish poetry……that hasn’t necessarily won competitions….but that is just ready to be published.

i know it doesnt happen often that young people get their literature done in print, but id like to try all the same :). so does anyone know any good publishers? oh and i would like them to be really reliable, so i know i’m not posting my stuff to some random stranger whos pretending to be a publisher.

I have 9 in the pot and I’ve promised 12 but I have dried up. Can someone give me a theme? Something in the way of romance might help.

I’m writing poetry but until now, I’ve never published my works. I would like to know what the most possible and advantageous strategy would be: should I contact a publisher, post my works on my blog on Internet or self-publish a book that I then try to sell on my own? I don’t have hundreds of poems ready and since they all follow the same pattern creating a wholeness, I wouldn’t really like the idea of publishing just a few of them on internet (since I don’t think I could then publish them later on in a book). Because of the way they’ve been written, I would like to publish them all together since they are not separate but really consolidate each other. I would also like to know where to find someone to give feedback on poetry. Publishers hardly comment on works they are not intending to publish. Thank you for any piece of advice in advance!
