Publish Poetry

i have been writing a lot of poetry and i now want some help to publish.

I need some feedback on my poetry. What’s a good site?

A vision to be in a place were time doesn’t matter,
that facing me lay nothing except a path to wander upon,
were I’d no longer need to co-exist along side time.
Were all things are achievable without the resonance of a
harassing
clock behind my shoulder.
In opposition, what decisions would I make if it weren’t
Inhabited by tomorrow?
Would the pressure of time hinder me to put things right?
Or in fact is time the essence of life and how
all things can be achieved?
Does each moment inside time imprison the core of my
being and all that follows?
Would my thoughts transcend into nothing if I had no time
to prevent my self from thinking?
Will time stand motionless if I stop moving and all before me
decides to seize, or will time persist with out the
acknowledgment that I’m no longer following?
The resolution to no longer follow time gives me space to
comprehend that this elusive emotion is indicating
tht I hve liberty to view everything within time from were time began.

Does anyone know where I can find a good poetry site to publish my poetry in?

I’ve written a great deal of poetry, and I’ve also written a short story, and I’d like to get them published. I have had one of my poems published in an online magazine (Esopian- www.esopian.com), but I’d like to try submitting what I have to magazines or possibly publishing a collection of poetry.

Does anyone know of any places that might consider or accept my works to be published? The short story is a fantasy piece, and most of the poetry is free-form, occasionally narrative.
I’d also like to know if the fees that some publishing companies require to publish a book are normal, or are they scams? Is it typical for publishers to ask for money before you submit your manuscript?
